Warranty Policy

If you have purchased your product through our official channels and encounter issues such as blade chipping, handle detachment, or breakage during use, we invite you to send it back to us for repair. Prior to returning the item, kindly consult our Customer Service team to assess the feasibility of repairing the damaged blade.

Once the product is deemed eligible for return, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping it back to us, with the exact fee determined by your chosen courier company. Rest assured that when we dispatch the repaired product back to you, all associated shipping expenses will be borne by us.
